Privacy Policy

MainStay Home Safety ("we") installs home-safety equipment for customers in southeastern Pennsylvania. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect through our website and services, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Contact requests. When you submit our contact form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, and message you provide. We use it to respond to you and to schedule and perform work you request.
• Job records. When we perform work, we keep records of the job — including the service address, work authorization and completion signatures, and before/after photos of the work areas. Photos are taken for documentation and quality records, and are not used in marketing without your separate permission.
• Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use our site (for example, how many people visited and which town they came from). Analytics data does not identify you personally to us.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
• We do not send marketing emails or robocalls. If you contact us, we contact you back about your request — that's it.
• We do not collect payment card details through this website.

Who else touches the data

We use a small number of service providers to run our business: Google (website hosting via Firebase, our database, spreadsheets, email, and analytics). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Our workers can see the job details they need to perform your work — name, address, phone, and job notes — and are bound by a confidentiality agreement covering your information and photos of your home.

How long we keep it

We keep contact requests and job records for as long as we operate, because installation records, signatures, and photos serve as documentation of the work performed and its warranty.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may retain records we need for legal or warranty documentation). Email hello@mainstayhomesafety.com or call (215) 667-0266 and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
